OTC helps groups plan trips together: build itineraries, split costs, collect votes, and get everyone booked. Features vary by plan. See the pricing page for what each tier includes.

Use accurate info when you sign up and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. One person, one account; don't share credentials.

Don't use OTC to break the law, harass people, scrape or overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or copy the service for your own product. Don't add people to trips who haven't agreed to be there.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. The per-trip unlock is a one-time payment for a single trip, not a subscription. Prices are shown before you pay and may change with notice for future periods.

Your trips, messages, and photos stay yours. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display them within OTC, enough to run the features you use. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.

Itineraries, suggestions, and translations are generated automatically by language models. They're starting points, not gospel. Always double-check opening hours, prices, visas, and travel requirements before you go.

OTC is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit every purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, OTC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed flights, bad weather, or travel plans gone sideways. Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll post the new version on this page, and material changes will be announced in the app.
